Auburn Restaurants welcomes Vintage 2298! Owner, chef Randall Baldwin's new Auburn restaurant is tribute to his mother, Nancy. She taught him to cook as a boy and encouraged him to become a chef.
Chef Baldwin's deep coastal roots are Mobile County. A Culinary Institute of America (NY) graduate, who has been a chef at some of the finest restaurants in Birmingham, Chef Baldwin brings his heritage and expertise to the table at Vintage 2298, where he serves Southern fare with coastal roots.
In addition to coastal cuisine, Vintage 2298 serves steak, venison, duck, and rabbit, a veggie plate along with French and Spanish influences. The menu changes daily and boasts seasonal and local products. This new Auburn restaurant is destined to be a favorite among all Auburn restaurants.
